It's Canada Day Long Weekend

It's been pretty hectic around here, but I was finally able to get down to one of my favourite places to walk yesterday.  A beautiful walk while listening to some of my favourite podcasts for a little self rejuvenation.  I don't get to do this nearly as often as I would like so it makes me appreciate these moments all the more.
