Safe and Allergy Friendly Deodorants

So what do you do if you are having trouble finding a deodorant or if you want to stay away from Aluminums, Phthalates and Parabens contained in some of them.



Probably one of the most recognized is called Crystal it's hypoallergenic and dries quickly. They have a whole range of different kinds besides the original (unscented) Crystal deodorant stick.
I remember someone telling me when I was in my late teens that this was great to put on the bottom of your feet on those hot summer days or before your workout.  As it turned out it actually worked really well and I have used it off and on ever since.

Avene offers a Regulating Deodorant that is aluminum and alcohol free.

Weleda has several spray on deodorants, unfortunately no unscented ones.

Toms of Maine offers several different kinds including scented and unscented.

There are more and more products coming out and I know I haven't covered them all.
No one product works for everyone so you will have to see what works best for you.
