There are lots of helpful Supplements and Vitamins that can help manage your allergies.
I've listed a few here, but as always talk to your Doctor and Pharmacist to see what works best for you.

Vitamin C is the first one that usually comes to mind.  Its an antioxidant, with anti-inflammatory properties that reduces histamine levels.

Quercetin is a natural anti-histamine, antioxidant, and anti- inflammatory.
It can be purchased in pill form or found in foods such as: red grapes, apples, cranberries, cherries, raspberries, citrus fruit, capers, yellow and red onions, broccoli, red wine, and tea.

Probiotics - Taken with your meals to maintain healthy gut bacteria and calm the immune system.
