Double Check Ingredients And Content When Shopping Online

This year has seen many of us buying more of our stuff online.  Whether it's your weekly groceries, vitamins, clothing or skincare its even more important to be ever mindful of product ingredients, especially if you or anyone in your family has allergies or sensitivities.

Some sites are better than others at showing product ingredients. But sometimes you may have to do a product ingredient search.  From my own experience this can sometimes be quit easy with only one search required while other products may take several different site searches before you can find all of the ingredients listed.  I've learned the hard way that some sites may just give you the main ingredients or active ingredients, so make sure you find the full list of ingredients before you buy. If you can't find the ingredients in your search you can ask the site, online store, or even the manufacturer for the ingredients.

Many clothing sites will also give you a break down of the fabric content. So for example if you are sensitive to wool make sure that that sweeter you are eyeing up doesn't include any percentage of wool. Like many others who don't have a known allergy to wool I find it super itchy even if it only contains 3%.

In all the searching and additional buying online I have been able to find some great online stores and even a few fabulous products including a couple of Canadian ones.  And despite some of the inevitable issues like delivery delays or out of stock items I've also discovered and very much appreciated some amazing customer service. Sometimes things can go a little sideways, but it's made so much easier when you have such lovely people doing their best to help you out.
So a big shout out to those people you wish you could reach out to and give a great big hug to to say Thank You!

Here are my latest online product finds that can be purchased at places like well, shoppersdrugmart, and amazon.

She All Naturals, 100% Pure Shea Butter - This product is organic unbleached and unrefined.

SURO, Concentrated Elderberry Organic - The only ingredient is Elderberry.
No sugar, color or additives and it actually tastes nice. A great antioxidant boost to help with colds, flue, allergies etc...  Suro also has freeze dried elderberries (nothing else added, of course) that are very nice too, but a bit harder to find.

Earthsafe, Hand and Body Wash -  This is a lovely unscented wash that doesn't leave my hands dry and itchy. I've only been using it as a hand wash but so far I'm really likeing it.
Its free from sulfites, parabens, formaldehyde, gluten, phthalates, SLS, alcohol, silicone, or fragrance.

Ingredients: "Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauroyl Methyle Isethionate, Glycerin, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium PCA, Plukenetia Volubilis (Sacha Inchi) Seed Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Matricaria Recutita (Chamomile) Flower Extract, Camellia Sinensis (Greet Tea) Leaf Extract, Tocopherol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate"
